During 7 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if the item ordered is still intact in original box/packaging/not worn and firstly examined by management.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, an exchange can be rejected if lashes appear to be tampered with & not in the original state, they were sent to you in. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Bella Vita. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
